Thanks to another blog I read, cupcakesandcashmere.com , I recently discovered Recipes for 101 Simple Salads. As soon as I saw the delicious looking pictures at the top, I read down the list, selected #18, based on the ingredients we already had in the house, ran downstairs, and prepared it! On the dinner table tonight... Chickpea Tabbouleh! Couldn't resist not posting this link for you!
